You will get a simple themed design i.e polkadots etc but no graphics are used.

Custom web designs are made custom to fit your business. I work hand in hand with each customer via email very closely during this process. Cutoms designs can take anytime from 1/3 weeks (guideline only), depending on the detail required.
You will get 2 revisions during the design process, after this I can not make changes, especially when I get to the end of completion then I receive a great big list of changes therefore please understand I have deadlines for each customer to work to.
you must say any changes you require as we work along the way and not at the very end, it may look simple but changing the whole design really isn't a minor change.

Once you have received your proof, all sales are final

NO refunds at all once the design has been started. This includes premades and custom designs. Due to the nature of this business, no refunds can be given.

If you require minor amendments in the future our charges are $30 per hour.

Should you attempt a chargeback, your website could be taken down or artwork compensated. Because of the method we deliver artwork, through email, and because the client may have access to those files after a chargeback, any use of the artwork by the client after a chargeback will result in legal action. If for some reason a chargeback is initiated on your end, your artwork will be disassembled and resold.

Our link must stay on the finished design and at no time can you alter our graphics.

Customization to match your web site name
Upload of your Layout/Template
Links to your pages will be added
Categories and Sub Categories added
Add to cart/Registry buttons


Please note ... I do not work with flash web design. I chose this because I feel, as well have read, that it drives people away from your site. I have worked with some flash in the past, but since I do not promote it at all and do not use it in my designs.

I will email you samples and once you have approved a final graphic/design etc no changes will be made after.
