Designs by Deanna is not legally responsible when a customer asks for a 
design that happens to be similar to someone else's design, whether 
it has been seen or not.   Please do NOT send me a sample preview of 
someone else's work therefore it can not hold be at all responsible 
for "seeing" the other person's web site and/or work.  Most times 
customers will send me their ideas, we create the design, and THEN I 
find that it was similar in SOME ways to someone else's design.  This 
is not something that I am or will be responsible for.  This 
responsibility falls on the customer to understand that they can not 
request a design that is so closely to another they have seen on the 
web, especially one not made by Designs by Deanna.  The customer, upon 
purchasing, agrees to release Designs by Deanna from any fault due to 
customer requests.

To understand better what is to "close" to another designers or web 
owner's site ... the web site has to be about 50% different than 
someone else's designs.  However, you may request elements that 
someone else has used because last time I checked birds, topiaries, 
signs, light posts, curtains, boutique buildings, hanging signs, and 
columns/pillars were not created by any web designer in this world.  
Those were all things that came along WAY before the web design 
world.  So you MAY request these things in your design and continue 
doing so.

 

You may not change or alter our artwork.

Refunds and Chargebacks

After we hve installed your design, we do not give out refunds.
All designs are sold as seen. If you decide to do a claim we will fight it all the way and you will have to remove our work from your website asap.

I will never give out personal client information to any one.  Your 
identity is protected under privacy laws.
